Who we are
Parent Companion is a daily structure and AI-insights tool for families of children with ADHD, Autism, or related executive function needs. We are a UK-based company; all personal data is stored within the EU (Frankfurt) and we comply with UK GDPR and the EU GDPR (2016/679) for our EU users.
What we collect on this site
Before the product launches, this domain collects only what you give us voluntarily: your email address if you join the waitlist, along with basic technical context (referrer, UTM parameters, browser user-agent, and a coarse country hint) used to understand which channels are working. We use Google Analytics with consent mode — analytics cookies are only set once you accept them in the cookie banner.
What we'll collect once the product launches
The full product (Family Premium / Clinic Pro) will process special-category data about your child — diagnoses, sensory profile, daily logs, and assessment report content. That data is encrypted at rest with customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK), is never used to train AI models, and is never sold or used for advertising. Full data-handling detail will be published before launch and reviewed by our clinical advisory and legal counsel.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you at any time — including removing yourself from the waitlist — by emailing hello@parentcompanion.app. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
